Position: Restaurant Sales Manager

Reports to: Director of Stadium Club

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales for our Stadium Club and Full Swing Golf Virtual Reality Rooms. As the Sales Manager, your mission will be to bring the excitement of our sports-themed venue to our guests and clients. Your exceptional sales skills, sports background, and love for creating memorable experiences will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies:

  • Identify target markets and customer segments for the Stadium Club and Full Swing Golf Virtual Reality Rooms.
  • Create and implement innovative sales strategies to generate leads, close deals, and exceed revenue targets.
  • Utilize networking, prospecting, and relationship-building techniques to establish strong connections with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set sales goals and develop sales forecasts.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Relationship in creating BEO’s and REO’s from the hotel.
  • Seek leads from corporate groups, pharmaceutical, and local sports teams.
  • Community outreach to golf clubs, award ceremonies, and charities.
  • Develop and execute an action plan directed at the solicitation of new clients to include activities such as phone leads, marketing, e-mail blasts, site inspections, face-to-face sales, and tradeshow attendance to achieve maximum activity.

Create unique and memorable guest experiences:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to design and deliver exceptional guest experiences in the Stadium Club and Virtual Reality Rooms.
  • Think outside the box to develop innovative concepts, promotions, and packages that differentiate our offerings from competitors.
  • Personalize guest experiences by understanding their preferences, needs, and expectations.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, ensuring that guests have an unforgettable time.

Build and maintain customer relationships:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to gauge satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and secure repeat business.
  • Utilize customer feedback to enhance offerings and develop new ideas for guest experiences.

Collaborate with internal teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, and materials that align with the brand and drive sales.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and guest feedback to the senior management team.
  • Comply at all times with Caribe Royale standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient club and hotel operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or sports industry.
  • A strong passion for sports and a good understanding of the sports market.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of event planning and coordination, with an understanding of audiovisual requirements and room configurations.
  • Proficiency in using sales CRM systems and software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the operation of the Stadium Club and Full Swing Golf Virtual Reality Rooms.


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be physically fit in order to lift, pull and push items up to 25 pounds.
  • Also requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift.
